Bex Lane, Heyshott

This project began as a greenfield site, where a modest and in keeping two bedroom bungalow was built. The house was placed on a relatively small plot, so it was vital to use the site effectively. It was also built at a low-lying level to avoid being over-demeaning to the neighbouring properties. The architectural drawings and planning permission application were all carried out in-house, and the entirety of the build, including all stonework, groundworks, landscaping, and driveway were all completed by the team for the client.
