At C. Morgan & Son, we are capable of taking your project from paper to reality. Whether it's starting with a green-field site, demolishing a current building, or converting a non-residential building, we are more than happy to work together to ensure the most cost-effective option is chosen while ensuring your project is everything you want it to be. 

Instead, if you already have property and would prefer to have it altered or renovated, this is something we can help with. We can work closely with you to get exactly what you want out of the original structure or add any size extensions that are required. This often is the preferred option for most clients who have fallen in love with a property, but it doesn't quite fulfill their needs.

We have extensive experience working on a variety of unlisted but heritage classified and Grade I & II listed residential buildings and churches. We use traditional methods and materials to ensure the building is sympathetically maintained so that it retains its character and looks the same as when it was built. This ensures the property continues to function for hundreds of years. 

With almost every building project, there are some aspects of groundworks and landscaping required. From drainage and water irrigation systems to foundations and driveways, we can carry out any of these works in isolation or as part of a bigger building project. We also have experience with ground works for solar panel arrays and natural stone and porcelain patios.

We have experience with almost all roofing methods, so we can help provide the best solution for an existing building or a new one. We have maintained and rebuilt countless chimneys and do all leadwork, flashings, valleys, and flat roofs in-house.

Glen has over 30 years of experience in the building industry and has worked closely with planning officers, ecologists, architects, and structural engineers. This allows him to provide invaluable insight during a project that could save you thousands. These extensive relationships with other trades also allows for much easier management and a more effective project.

If you have a timber-framed residential, agricultural, or equestrian building that needs repairing or want a new building built this way, we have a team that has a mix of extensive experience and qualifications that can produce frames that are structurally sound but also beautiful to look at.

Kitchens and bathrooms need to function perfectly, but they are often also used as an expression of the client. We can work with a supplier of your choice or with one we have a relationship with already to create rooms that make the best use of the space available, but also make the house special to you.
