An internal and external renovation of a 1950s bungalow to create a more modern looking building outside that was more usable inside. This included a small restructure of walls to create a better utility room, while a new kitchen was also installed. The property benefited from all new cement board cladding, ensuring the property will look like new for a long time, and a new flat roof. Once the internal works had been completed, we installed a new block paving driveway and patio.
