This property benefited from a large ground floor extension that approximately doubled the floor area.  Internally, it featured all visible oak beams and rafters to continue the original feel of the house, along with a 1700 bottle capacity wine cellar installed centrally within the Roundhouse kitchen. The extension included a large entrance hall with stone archway, cloakroom, WC, kitchen and utility. We also built an oak framed agricultural barn for this client and added extra parking for lorries in their equestrian yard. The barn features an all oak frame, oak cladding, and two joinery grade, 5m tall double doors for tractor access.
